Pastoral Care of the Sick
“For I was … ill and you cared for me” (MT 25:35-36)
Communion Visits
One of the sacred missions of the Five Towns Catholic Parishes is to minister to our elderly and sick parishioners with dignity, compassion, and deep respect. Through prayer, fellowship, and the gift of the Eucharist, we seek to nurture a sense of belonging and spiritual connection to the Body of Christ and the wider Church.
In the spirit of this mission, our priests, deacons, and Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion bring the Church to the homebound — offering Holy Communion and heartfelt presence to those unable to attend Mass. We are blessed to serve our parishioners at the Five Towns Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Bristal Assisted Living, and in their homes.
If you would like to arrange for Holy Communion to be brought to a homebound parishioner, please contact one of our rectory offices.
