​Welcome to the Confirmation Documents page for the Parishes of the Five Towns. All required forms, guidelines, and preparation materials for the 8th Grade Confirmation Program are available below. Parents are encouraged to download each item and review them with their child to ensure all requirements are completed on time.
Important Dates
  • Confirmation Packets Due: Monday, March 15
  • Confirmation Retreat: Saturday, April 18th at St. Joachim Church. Time: TBD
  • Rehearsal (Students & Sponsors): Wednesday, May 20 at St. Josephs Church. Time: 6:00pm
  • Confirmation Mass: Saturday, May 23 at 11:00am (St. Joseph’s Church) Celebrant: Bishop Romero
